**Return Policy:**

**Return Period:**
Customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.

**Return Conditions:**
- Products must be in their original condition, unused and with all original labels and packaging.
- All accessories, manuals and additional items received with the product must be included.

**Return Process:**
1. The customer must notify their intention to return the product within 14 days of receipt, by contacting our customer service.
2. Once the request is approved, detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return will be provided.
3. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product.

**Refund:**
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will proceed to make the refund.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

**Exceptions:**
- Returns will not be accepted for products customized or modified according to customer specifications, unless there are manufacturing defects or damage.
